Orders & Shipping Information

Processing Times

All orders will ship from Ireland. My standard processing time is 2-5 business days (if there are unexpected delays, I’ll update my site as soon as possible). If, for any reason that my processing time exceeds these dates, then I apologise: I pack and ship everything by myself, just to make sure you’re getting the quality that you deserve. I understand wait times are frustrating, but I thank you for your continued support! Shipping Notification

As soon as you place your order purchase confirmation will be emailed to you, and as soon as the order is fulfilled; you will receive a shipping notification. Unless specifically requested, all orders are shipped via standard post and untracked, just to keep costs to you as low as possible. I would suggest the tracked option for larger value orders, in which case you will receive a tracking number with shipping fulfillment. Shipping costs will vary depending on the overall weight of your order.

Wrong Address

Please be sure to double check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, there is no longer anything I can do.

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to me for the following reasons: incorrect address, issues with receiving post handlers and additional duties/taxes/customs that have not been paid. I am happy to post the returned order, but unfortunately you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

International Shipping and Tax & Duties

I ship worldwide, with the exception of a few countries that An Post (Ireland’s postal service) will not ship to. You can check to see if I can ship to your country on this list (check the destination drop-down menu):

Please note that international orders may be subjected to customs fees and taxes depending on which country you live in. Packages may be held at your local customs authorities without notice. Consult with your local post office to inquire about customs fees prior to placing an order. I am not responsible for any customs fees or delays due to customs.

Tracking information will be updated through the courier: DHL. In general, the tracking information will appear once the shipment has reached their facility. This may take 24-48 hours. If there are any issues with shipping, I will do my best to assist and troubleshoot any delays.

Cancellations/Refunds

All sales are final. I am not able to provide refunds for orders unless an item is shipped to you and is damaged. In some cases I may be able to change items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to the order once it’s been placed. I am only able to do this if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped out yet.
