I’m Lorna, a self-taught artist from Ireland.

My art journey has been…an interesting one to say the least! I graduated with a BSc in Pharmaceutical and Forensics quite a while ago, and worked in the science industry for 15 years. My love of art fell to the side for far too long, and in December 2022 I decided that it was finally time to switch to a career as an artist, and I haven’t looked back!

Art brings me the most incredible feelings of joy, inspiration and achievement, but also a sense of “being home”. This is what I was meant to do. My style is ever changing as I experiment on this journey, but you’ll mostly find me drawing anything cute, and a whole lot of stylised portraits. My sketchbook has a firm hold over me at the moment, but I also love to draw digitally (which is what brought me back to art in the first place!)
